where is firehouse hot yoga?

Firehouse Hot Yoga is in the Firehouse Plaza at 4255 E. Main Street.

where should i park?

Please park at the far ends of the Firehouse Plaza parking lot and refrain from parking in front of neighboring businesses and 30 Minute parking zones.

What Should I Bring?

Bring a Yoga Mat, Towel and Water. If you forget any of these things, we have them to rent and/or purchase at the studio.

What Should I Wear?

Wear clothing that is easy to move in, light and fitted. Best clothing for women is shorts and a sports bra or tank. Best clothing for men is shorts.

What Should I Expect?

Expect to work hard in the class and take breaks when you need to. Each day you will be able to do more than you ever thought possible!

What Should I Do Before The Class?

Arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled class time and arrive hydrated!
